Amy Culver Farrell, CMT

Amy Farrell, the owner of Hands On Healing Arts, is a massage therapist who has been practicing since 1992. She specializes in working with clients who have chronic conditions, such as fibromyalgia or migraine headaches, that require applying more delicate techniques. She has retired from traditional practice after 18 years and is now available only for parties and special events.

In addition to the techniques listed, she has also studied Acupuncture and Ayurveda. These healthcare systems have presented alternate approaches in viewing health, energy, and the body. Amy is certified by the State of Indiana and is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).

Techniques: Bamboo Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Re-Education, Prenatal Massage, Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Chair (Seated) Massage, Thai Massage, Tuning Forks, and Energy Work.

Amy Farrell also works as a website designer for Website Cafe, manages an online massage therapy resource center called Massage Therapy Indy, and is a beekeeper who sells bees and honey.

Deborah Hayes, LMT

Debbie Hayes, the owner of Medical Massage Therapy, has been practicing massage since 2004. She specializes in working with patients who have neck, shoulder or back conditions, such as: whiplash, rotator cuff injury, sciatic nerve problems, and more.

Every individual is unique with different conditions pertaining to the body. Reasons many clients seek Debbie for a Medical Massage include: relief from stress, relaxation, relief of muscular tension and pain, to improve blood circulation, increase joint flexibility, reduce fluid tension, and so much more.

Techniques: Relaxing Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Massage Cupping, Craniosacral Therapy, Myo-Neural Therapy, Myo-Skeletal Alignment, Positional Release, and Pro Neck / Shoulder and Back Therapy.

Other Endeavors

Debbie and her finance' make their own maple syrup, spaghetti sauce, and wine. She likes to go hiking, mushroom hunting, fishing (in Canada), traveling, and growing a large vegetable garden. She also grows her own herbs and dries them. "I feel better eating my own vegetables, knowing where they came from. It's very therapeutic for me to work outside in the garden."

Amy Farrell Retiring

Amy Farrell will be retiring from most massage therapy work in August. She will be available for a limited time on Fridays and Saturdays at Abundant Life Chiropractic while in transition.

Amy and the Hands On Healing Arts team will continue to provide services for parties, such as bridal showers, birthday parties, and girls' night out.
